React Admin Dashboard

Description

This dashboard was built with React.js and styled with Tailwind.css. The charts, graphs, orders page and many more pieces of the website were built with Syncfusion. It has multiple features that every website needs and wants like a color theme option.

Employee Directory

Description

I used the Random User Generator API (https://randomuser.me/) to grab information for 12 random “employees,” and used that data to build a prototype for an Awesome Startup employee directory. I requested a JSON object from an API using fetch and parsed the data so that 12 employees are listed in a grid with their information. Clicking the employee’s image or name will open a modal window with more detailed information.

Word Guessing Game

Description

I created a browser version of “Wheel of Success”, a word guessing game where players will click letters from an onscreen keyboard to try to guess a random phrase. You can also use your own keyboard. The phrases are randomly assigned and you have up to five guesses.

Interactive Photo Gallery

Description

I created an interactive photo gallery using JavaScript and CSS Grid Layout. At the top of the page, there is a search area where photos will hide and show depending on user input. When the user clicks on a thumbnail, the photo will display in a lightbox. There is a "back" and "previous" arrows to cycle through photos.

Description

I was responsible for converting the CSS into Sass by splitting the code into several Sass partial files. I also looked for repeated values (length units, colors, etc.) throughout the CSS and stored them in Sass variables. After completing the project, I had a useful Sass micro-framework to quickly prototype other websites.

Online Registration Form

Description

Built a responsive, mobile-friendly registration form using a wide variety of HTML form input types and attributes. Built a mobile and desktop version of the form using media queries, and a "mobile-first" approach.
